Return and Refund Policy

1. Return and Replacement Period

You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The product is not as described or incorrect
• The order was not received due to a verified error in shipping

3. Required Documentation

To process your refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase such as a receipt, invoice, or screenshot of the order confirmation.

4. Non-Returnable Services

Please note that refunds or returns are not applicable to the following services:

• Book cover design
• Editing, formatting, or proofreading
• Translation or illustration services
• Any customized publishing services already initiated

5. Replacement and Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the original item is received, we will initiate the refund or send a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full or partial refund will be issued.

Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days of approval.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Products that arrive in poor condition can be replaced within one month of purchase. Please share clear images of the damaged item when submitting your request.

7. Approval or Rejection of Refunds

Once your return query is reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
